The staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating. This property puts more expensive hotels that I have stayed to shame with the excellent amenities. Very convenient with 5-8 min walk to Yaesu Tokyo Station.
Will absolutely use again.
The staff are amazing! Friendly but professional, warm welcome! The mascot was so cute! The room was clean and nice, comfortable, I like having a hot spring space! It's beautiful and it's very nice to have a soaking experience in the city! I will definitely come back to stay!
Easy to walk to from Tokyo Station, the staff knew how to help non-Japanese speakers. The Lady's bath was an excellent amenity. Overall it was a very comfortable place to stay.
Stayed here only for a night, arriving from Osaka to catch the airport train next day. Location is perfect. Walkable to/from Tokyo Station and close to Ginza area for dinner. Check-in/check-out process easy and quick and very helpful and kind staff.
Esp fond of their freebies but good quality skin n hair care treatment.
Breakfasts include organic veg n coffee.
The only downfall this time was that the hotel was under renovation which made the check-in area esp crampy.
I’m super hotel regular will keep coming back.
Everybody on staff was very helpful. They helped with translating to English for many things for us and we do not speak Japanese.
Very helpful staff. Good amenities. Breakfast was incredible and you would not think is only 2000 yen. In America, that breakfast would be 5000 yen per person minimum.
Rooms were clean. Baths were nice. Staff was very kind. The location is also very good. Right by the station. Use station exit 26.
The amenities here are bountiful. Love the facial mask and ice cream. The staff here are very friendly and the location can't be beat. I would recommend this hotel in a second.
My family stayed in in th Tokyo Super hotel for 4 nights. The place was lovely, clean, and staff were easy to communicate with. Our family of 3 stayed in a room with 1 bed and 1 bunk bed. It worked for us, but the small size was difficult. Everything else about the hotel was perfect, we totally understand small rooms are common in Tokyo. Breakfast buffet was 20,000yen a person and it was fantastic!
We needed to ship our luggage from Tokyo to Osaka and the front desk staff made it very very easy! It was fast and affordable!
This hotel is very close to Tokyo Station. For a day at Disney as well as visiting some areas in Tokyo as well as catching the shinkansen, I couldn't believe how perfectly placed this Hotel is.
If we're fortunate enough to visit Japan again, I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again.
