Comfortable and clean room, helpful staff . To be honest for the price I was expecting something fancier but overall a good experience and good location . Just two feedback - perhaps toilet can have a ledge or hook to put phone / pants . Also during check in time at 3pm maybe can have more counters open I was 3rd in line and took 20 mins to reach my turn by the time I left the line was at least 10 ppl long

Had a family trip in mid August and had stayed in Miyako Hotel for 7 nights. Impressed by their superior location and accessibility. Had also tried their hot bath and the swimming pool which had received overwhelming compliment from all of the family members. Had already scheduled another trip to stay in the same hotel in the upcoming February.

Our first room was tiny and smelled really bad... a double on the 10th floor, maybe because we booked through Expedia and therefore got a lesser room. We asked for a room change and the staff was very apologetic and our new room was sooo much better, double on 12th floor. They corrected the issue and were very helpful! Impressed and loved the location across from Hakata Station.
