Will definitely return to this hotel again in the future! This hotel was by far the highlight of my 6 country european vacation. Upon arrival to the hotel the bellman took our bags and was very friendly. The hotel reception checked us in early and welcomed us with a free signature cocktail. They also had from what I could tell an amazing concierge service which we didn’t use since I knew the city well. The restaurant and bar were very easy to receive service and the staff were pleasant and thought of every detail. We stayed in the Executive Suite and we were in love with the room. The mini bar selection, massage menu, and room service options were impressive. The best part of any hotel room is the bed which looked very inviting and comfortable with which it ended up being the most comfortable bed I have ever had in a hotel. The bathrooms were stunning and clean. The whole room itself is worthy of being priced higher than it is. I appreciate that this hotel allows visitors to prague to enjoy luxury and comfort without breaking the bank so that anyone can enjoy their time in Prague. Staff were amazing, will definitely staying here again for even longer.
We liked everything about the property. The food was outstanding. We had no complaints regarding the property or its staff. We would have like to be informed regarding taking taxis from the street. We had 2 drivers who seriously took advantage of us with their costs. One where we threatened to call the police before he drove off. Please train your staff to inform your guests of this possibility. You have a beautiful city marred by thieves.
Really liked the location and our room was upgraded which was also very nice. Housekeeping did not observe the do not disturb sign several times in our 3 night stay. I would recommend putting the lock on the inside of the door to prevent their entry while you are still in the room.
The hotel was very gracious and allowed us to check in several hours prior to check in time. This was obviously very kind and appreciated. It’s a Nice property and in a great location…room was clean, and reasonably decorated, furniture was pretty well used. The pillows were not what I would have expected, and quite frankly some of the worst I have had in many years of travelling. The staff was nice…but the housekeeping team were very inconsistent, over the course of our 5 night stay.
All in all pretty much the hat we expected and would stay here again if visiting Prague.
Lacked charm. The lady at the reception was cold, the location was on a large, busy street (although close to tourist attractions), and the room was bland. To be fair, the bellman in the morning was charming, the garden in the back was pretty, and the rooms were huge. Just expect more from a luxury hotel - starting with reception.
