The unit seemed to slightly upgraded but could still use some work. The bathroom vanity sink drawers wouldn’t stay closed. And the floor could’ve used a good sweep and mopping. Beds were comfy…even the Murphy bed was thick and plush. Parking was great! Need more luggage carts.
The room was just the one that we had asked for and it was very clean and waiting for us right down to the amenity of a shower chair. We had no problems parking anytime we came and went. We were close to everything. The Staff was more than helpful. The beach view was right there. Pool was always clean. Will definitely be staying there again. This is not our first time there and we will stay again next year you are not too far from the boardwalk or any activities that are going on we Uber to and from where we wanted to go it was great.
Nice property for pools and beach. It was poorly maintained and cleaned. I expect that at one time it was a really nice place, now it is pretty much a ghetto.
It was a nice room checking in was easy once we made it to the desk the bathroom needed some attention the rim around the tub was black and it looked as tho there was some black mold on the ceiling of the tub area.
The room stunk we went out to by cleaning supplies to sanitize and get the odor out the room. The door was hard to close, and by having to close the door hard the inside latch prevented us access for 30 minutes they had to kick the door in. The only TV that had cable was the TV in the living room. But all in all I had a good time. It is a very old resort they need to do some upgrades
The hotel was great! The parking was very easy each day, the pools were great and the beach was awesome. The only issue is the lack of an actual blanket on the bed, the “comforter” was more like an extra sheet, and there was not pillows or blankets for the Murphy bed.
The hotel was much better than expected. Very clean and well laid out. Lots of stuff to do. Great staff also! Slightly pricey but very nice. Will definitely stay here again.
we were so happy with Landmark resort it was so clean and the pools were so much fun. the staff were friendly and professional and worked so hard all day to keep the propeety running smoothly i highly recommend booking with Landmark

Room appeared adequately clean. Linens clean. Very late arrival, very tired at check in. Staff pleasant. However a few issues made the room only marginally habitable. Comforters too thin to accomodate warmth when temps dropped suddenlly at night. None available in room. Did not want to go to lobby to get more linen at 3am. Cold most of night. Bathroom had all severely molded caulking seams throughout and, unbelievably, a towel was opened/ laid across tub floor. Under it, 40% of the tub paint was worn down to BARE METAL. Could NOT use bathroom except to use toilet. ENTIRE facility needed repair, painting or modernization. Damp foul odor throughout hallways needed to be removed. Slept and got out...
The LandMark is one of the better places to stay in Myrtle Beach. In my opinion. you have a parking garage. You have a covered walkway that walk you from the parking garage to the main building. You have multiple elevators laundry service on site vending machines that work. Everything is nice there might be a hick-up here and there but nine out of 10 is really good. Hell I think I’m gonna change it a 10 out of 10 and they are really good and really nice and everybody is super helpful and I don’t ever have a complaint when I go there.
Me and the kids enjoyed our stay. Wish the food had seasoning but not too bad for the price . We plan on coming back may have found our new beach home .
Rooms clean and very friendly staff. Didn’t like that the parking garage is across the street.

Reasonable price for a great location, especially for families with children. Just be cautious of weather advisories because it will interfere with use of all amenities. Staff was pretty helpful at trying to accommodate us during our stay.

Room looked nothing like the pictures online. Roaches, big roaches in the room. Pull out sofa and Murphy bed were not anything I'd let my children sleep in... Nasty. The staff on the other hand were exceptional.
