The beds are comfortable and not so firm as in other hotels. Rooms are large, bathrooms are comfortable and the area is across the street from a huge mall and two train stations.
They have a good breakfast, with many choices, and a coffee machine that offers different types of coffee.
Two laundry rooms. A 7/11 directly across the street.
My first stay in Tokyo. The place was very clean with all the amenities. The staff was really helpful and the whole check in and check out process was really smooth.
The location is a 15 minute walk from the train station, which is not bad. It is a 15 minute walk to the dorm my daughter was staying in and there is a mall right across the street. McDonald’s is around the corner pretty centrally located and the breakfast is amazing if you have the funds to add on your breakfast per night please do so.
Extremely kind staff and conveniently located hotel. Close to multiple train lines and also a bus that goes directly to Haneda airport. Breakfast buffet was very tasty, including asian and western foods, as well as different types of drinks.
I enjoy the availability of washing/dryer machine and microwave.
There are few supermarkets in the area, which means we could easily get a bento on days we are not going out.
Lots of shopping mall, and restaurants in the area.
Room was clean and towels were replaced daily. Staff was extremely helpful especially when we had to checkout and use luggage forwarding to the next hotel. They called to confirm and basically took care of everything. Away from the hustle and bustle of bigger cities and close to train stations, so it was nice to come back to at the end of the night. Definitely a must stay whenever we’re in Tokyo.
When we arrived, the staff was friendly and warm. Check-in was quick and easy. The amenities bar was convenient! We enjoyed the breakfast buffet every morning of our stay because the food was so delicious, reasonably priced, and staff was hospitable. Would love to stay here again in the future.
