The staff was incredibly helpful and the cabin was clean and had what we needed. Toaster, small coffee maker, couple burners, mini fridge. Private bathroom and queen bed. I believe it did have a futon pull out bed, but we did not need that. It said it had A/C, but that equated to fans and given we had a hot streak it was hard the first night, but it cooled off and was fine by late night.

We had an excellent time at the property. Hassle free checkin and checkout, they have a river trail right next to the resort which made for a perfect morning walk. The cabin was in pretty good condition. Very close to the major hikes as well, highly recommend for anyone visiting.

Great place of stay in the middle of beautiful Rockport. Quiet, serene calm stay. We stayed in the themed cabin which had living area, coffee machine, cute little cooking stove, fridge, microwave, utensils, bathroom. Very cozy stay, checkin was smooth. Wifi did not work very well on our phones but it worked well on the TV in our room. The cabin itself was a little bit old but it was neat and clean.

It was very quiet the cabin had everything for cooking right down to coffee. They have awesome beach access if you want to fish or just go hang out by the water with your dog. Definitely will go there again in the near future.

My husband and I stayed in the one bedroom chalet with bathroom and loved it! The chalet was very spacious and clean. It had a lot of privacy as it was tucked away in the trees. Felt rustic and very comfortable. Great location with close proximity to North Cascades National Park. The woman at the front office was very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Let's start with the good: The property is very close to North Cascades park. It was very quiet and far enough back from the road to not be disturbed by cars. The large meadow from the Theme Cabins was beautiful. Firepits with ample seating & the property supplied wood for evening fires. The scenery was magnificent with lush trees & great views of the mountains. Right across from the Skagit River which you can walk to for some nice river views. The staff were helpful but slightly overwhelmed. Here is the other side of the coin: The site states that the cabin is fully stocked but was very limited. We had to go ask for several items: dish soap, coffee, paper towels. The owners have made efforts to assuage the mice problem as evidenced by the traps all over the property. But, you are in nature and mice are an inevitable issue. Put your food in the fridge or plan on putting it up on top of the cupboards or mice proof containers. We had our bread & apples eaten though by mice in the night before we realized. We also had mice droppings in all the cookware so be prepared to clean thoroughly even if you think the dishes are clean. Also, buy food in one of the small towns (Darrington) before arriving as some of the restaurants will be closed & there is limited grocery available in town. What they do have is very expensive!!

A private and very outdoorsie experience.

We had a great time at a comfortable cabin. The shower could be higher. Definitely an uncomfortable bath for a 6 feet taller but still manageable. Had a good two night stay.
