Great hotel at a terrific site. The North End restaurants and Faneuil Hall are both at walkable distances. Everywhere we were in the Hotel there was always a staff member asking if we needed help. We loved out stay at the Boston Harbor Hotel.

Loved this hotel. Their attention to detail was exceptional. Took extra care of the room. Super friendly staff from the front door to the concierge, restaurant, health club, everywhere. Super great views especially from the harbor view room (highly recommended) and very helpful with accommodating some of my special requests. Absolutely a great experience!

Absolutely beautiful hotel! The location is perfect if you want ease of walkable paths along the harbor front. There is lots to see and do around the hotel and it was the perfect start to our stay in Boston and surrounding area. The concierge team was incredible, offering lots of suggestions and places to eat. They also booked us a private car service from the hotel to the ferry port in Woods Hole. The hotel was very accomodating in letting us store our luggage for a night. I would highly recommend this hotel. It is beautiful, the restaurant and cafe were excellent, and the rooms are beautifully appointed. Would definitely stay again. B. Anderson/Alberta CA

A fantastic stay. The room was so comfortable and cleaned carefully every day. Room overlooked the harbor and the activity of boats but it was peaceful and calm. We LOVED our stay and definitely will return when we’re back in Bean Town!

We love this hotel - the rooms are very comfortable and large but it’s really the amazing staff that makes the difference - from the valets to front desk and housekeeping and room service. Everyone is top notch in an era where most hotels are barely adequate. Well done!

This hotel is exceptional! Its a short walk from south Boston train station. Its also very convenient to local shops and attractions. The dining experience on the hotel property is amazing, The staff is friendly and concergie is very helpful in assisting with any questions or booking tickets for local experiences.

The ultimate luxury experience. The location can't be beat, and room service was fantastic. The band playing right outside our harbor view room was horrible, though. Very out of tune and loud enough to keep us from sleeping. But overall the experience was stellar, and we look forward to visiting again.
