The rooms was clean and the staff were incredibly nice. The customer service was excellent for me and my family stay . We will be coming back again soon.
The Overall experience was great. The hotel was nice to the casino. The staff people, food even access to other areas was very accessible. Definitely recommending this to my friends.
Property is nice and update. The vibes is really good. Not over stimulating and not boring; just right. Food options are good. Very to many off property attractions and hotels
The room was very clean and fresh the view was spectacular!
We appreciated housekeeping making up our room each day. It is so nice to have fresh towels each day - without having to ask!
Thanks Cosmopolitan you were awesome!
Had issue with mobile check-in in and online checkout for 2nd of two rooms booked on same reservation, Staff was friendly and efficient at resolving issues.
The Cosmopolitan is a great hotel. MGM took over and its has seen better days but the same vibe and feel is still there. Resturants are still excellent, gambling is fun, and people watching is peak. The rooms are great and got a great deal through Expedia for a Bungalow. I will say using Expedia to book instead of having to go through MGM is great. MGM I need to be there to check in and Expedia is great to use when people drop out or add on and the flexibility to have others check in and add rooms is awesome.
Location is excellent. Close to everything i need because it is located at the center if the Strip. It has variety of restaurants that serve delicious food where I get value for my money. We dined at China Poblano, Wicked Spoon and the Red Plate. They are highly recommended for a place to eat at The Cosmopolitan LV. There is also Starbucks at the ground floor. Convenient way to have my fave coffee in the morning. Me and my wife enjoyed our stay.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
It was nice stay, but the room was kind of outdated ( not properly working shower, the balcony furniture looked old same as carpet in the room). Little things, but still visible.
Overall it was very convenient location, walkable distance to most of the activities.
This hotel was amazing! We walked to the Bellagio and Caesar’s Palace, but were disappointed, so we went back to the cosmopolitan. Just a much more enjoyable vibe. The art work is incredible. Rooms were great. Balcony view made the whole trip. Our only complaint is our experience at Scarpetta. Not great service or food. I got very very sick after dinner.
Great location central in the strip and has everything you could want in Vegas right in the hotel. The staff was kind and accommodated us with credits since the King room we had booked was not available. The lobby bar was relaxing, the Chandelier bar was glamorous, the casino was lively, and the many hidden gems throughout the hotel made it fun to explore every night. There are many great food options in the hotel, although not as many late-night food options as we would have liked. The pool is lovely and relaxing but does get crowded. It was quiet and clean in the room. I would 100% stay here again.
We were told room would be ready in 1 hour when we checked in and would get a text when ready. Text never came and after standing around for 2.5 hours got back in check in line and room was ready. Frustrating! Room and cleaning staff excellent!!! Casino wait staff was very hit and miss. Went from extremely rude to extremely helpful from person to person. Overall, great stay!
Check in line was very long, but staff were helpful. We waited over 4 hours for our room to which we were never told that the room was ready until we physically went back to say something. Room was very clean. Keep in mind if you stay here, there is a chance you’ll get neighbours up partying loud. They kept my fiance and I up until 4am one night partying with loud music and yelling, the walls were basically not sound proof at all. View was amazing and staff very helpful
This hotel is so beatuful its busy but when up pull up you feel like you are royalty. Everyone is so helpful and they do their best to make you feel special. Everything is clean, well lite, and smell so good..My room was 2407 Chelsea tower . I Had a fountain view. The view was so nice . Elevators ran very well for such a large hotel.I was just laying in bed looking at the night lights and fountain show. The shower was amazing, This was the first time I tried toiletries from a hotel and they where amazing. Never a problem getting taxs or ordering Uber. The valet key attentive, I nerve open or closed door on ride start from this hotel or returning.
I am very over the top about attention to my comfort and Cosmopolitan hit all my marks. My husband and I will be returning. Because we still did not get to see the whole hotel.
So, we are returning and hands down Cosmopolitan is the winner.
The property was clean and well maintained, and there are plenty of restaurant options on-site. However, dining can be quite expensive.
One improvement I would love to see is a higher observation lounge, coffee shop, or cocktail bar on the 40th floor where guests could simply relax and enjoy the incredible views.
I was also disappointed with the room assignment process. It seemed that some of the better rooms are held back for upselling, particularly for guests who book through third-party platforms instead of the hotel's direct reservation system. For example, if you reserve a wraparound suite, you may not receive one of the more desirable South Boulevard Tower locations, even when they appear to be available.
The customer service at the Players Card guest service left something to be desired. Rather than feeling welcomed, I often felt like I was inconveniencing the staff whenever I asked for assistance. Hospitality should make guests feel valued, and unfortunately that wasn't my experience.
Another minor issue was the layout at the Boulevard Pool. Guests frequently move lounge chairs into the middle of the walking areas around the pool, making it difficult for others to navigate comfortably. It would be helpful if staff kept the chairs positioned along the sides to maintain clear pool walkways and a more enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.
My biggest disappointment came after I returned home. I accidentally left my JBL speaker on the nightstand in my room. It was
