overall, the properties well maintained, and the amenities are great. The only issue I had was that the room smelled bad but they were cleaning the carpets when I left so I’m sure that issue is resolved.

The check-in / check-out staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were okay; both of our rooms had wads of long black hair on the bathroom floors, which is a big ick. Location is very convenient, A/c and exhaust fans in rooms are kind of noisy but tolerable. Would stay again but please vacuum better

Hallway and lobby look updated, rooms are pretty outdated but clean. Lots of rust on fixtures in bathroom, sink had very low water pressure, carpet was a little sticky. Bed was comfy and loved the larger kitchen. Unfortunately on my second night there was a power outage so a bunch of things were down and unusable. Large potholes going into the parking lot.

I have booked twice at different cities and both I cancelled due to horrible sonesta situation . Finally I was ready to give this company another chance and booked just one night in Ann Arbor and wow, what a nice, clean place. Lots of parking. Felt safe and will book there again for our next dance event. Keep up the good work sonesta Ann Arbor! Hopefully other sonestas will do the same
