Decided to splurge and not go with the company recommended hotel rooms when I attended a convention in Nashville and I’m so glad I did. This lived up to all the reviews. Serene tranquil luxury yet in the middle of everything. Staff was amazing and I had the best deep tissue massage of my life!

Rebecca the front desk manager was absolutely amazing, and so welcoming and helpful. It was my birthday and she made sure to really make me feel so special. The car service was also an incredible surprise and really made our trip so much better. Truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a while.

I had to switch hotels and my arrival was way earlier than expected. They let me check in at 7:30am and this was so helpful because I could keep my lugguge in my room during my conference. All the staff was so kind. My room was calming & relaxing. I love the water dispenser in the room.

I had such an amazing stay at 1 Hotel Nashville! From the moment we arrived, everything felt elevated yet comfortable. The design is beautiful and calming, with a natural, luxurious vibe that really sets it apart. What made the experience even more special was how thoughtful the staff was. We were celebrating a birthday, and they went out of their way to surprise us with a dessert and a bottle of champagne, which was such a memorable touch. The rooms were spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and every detail felt intentional. The location is also perfect? close to everything but still peaceful. Overall, I couldn’t recommend it more. It’s the perfect mix of luxury, atmosphere, and genuine hospitality. I’ll definitely be back!
