The staff was so wonderful. The young ladies were so helpful. The food was delicious. I had an iced coffee every night by the pool. It was delicious room was very clean. The gym was OK not much to it but enough to get your body. The pool was really nice and clean.

Clean facilities. Breakfast was okay with limited selection of continental items along with made to order American & Thai dishes. Room was spacious but no comfortable seating area or chairs. Room service has great menu options with acceptable quality. Pool was small & more appropriate for children. Although located in a walkable area to many attractions & old town neighborhoods, the hotel located on a busy street with fast moving traffics & not a lot of stores nearby. We tried to use the hotel coffee shop but gave up after no one came to take our order. Overall, must emphasize the amazing staff for their exceptional hospitality & hard work.

the hotel was everything you could want and more; incredibly clean and spacious, with all the amenities you would want including toiletries, towels, hairdryer, iron + board. but to be honest, what elevated our stay was the staff going above and beyond; they upgraded our room which was so nice in and of itself, but also when we left behind some items of high sentimental value to us, they coordinated with me how to get my items back. the staff are so friendly and willing to help, which really adds to how welcome we felt here. thank you for the stay at your hotel, and especially to the incredible staff you have.

Great hotel and restaurant in Old Town Bangkok within easy walking distance of most major attractions such as the grand palace, wat pho, Chinatown night market, khao San road. The staff were one of the best parts of our stay, just so friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend for your stay in Old Town Bangkok!

The front desk staff were friendly, room was spacious and clean, and free water was provided. Wifi worked well, water pressure and temperature were good, and AC also worked well. Beightbohood was convenient for Chinatown food tour and visiting the temples in Old Town. Overall, would recommend this spot!

Great time at Villa de Pranakorn

I had a great time staying at Villa de Pranakorn. The staff were friendly and helpful and my room was clean and spacious with a huge king-sized bed! It's in a great location - a lot of the tourist sites are close by but also the local restaurants offer amazing value too.
