It is a very pretty and interesting lobby, and it is a convenient location that is totally walkable to UTK campus for college tours. It has construction going on around it but nothing that was loud or interfered with evenings or sleep. The bed was really hard which was my single biggest complaint, but overall a good stay and worth the money and convenient to UTK campus.

Very helpful staff and it was so convenient to make use of the on site restaurant and bar. The food and drink menu was very nice and the hospitality was great. One thing to note, valet parking is the only parking option. Not a complaint, just something to be aware of.

This was our second time staying at this location. It’s a great hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Great location (15 minute walk to our event at Thompson-Boling Arena). Lack of self parking is my only complaint. It’s about $50 to valet park and our vehicle was so close to the entrance that we just got the key from valet upon departure.
