This was our first experience with staying at the Toyoko chain of hotels. Our stay was so pleasant that we are definitely going to consider staying again for future visits to Hachioji. The hotel is conveniently located near Hachioji Station, where there is plenty of food and excitement. The room was cozy, without any frills, has everything you need. The staff was kind and courteous, despite some language barrier. Some staff knew plenty of English to communicate though! And the Onigiri selection for breakfast was the best - I miss it to be honest! Thanks to the entire staff for making our stay so pleasant!

Although bed was hard, but great for back, there is no cushion for side sleepers. Maybe provide extra comforter. Will definitely stay here again.

今日は、団体で、大当たりでした、朝また、かいだんかな？と思ったら、やはり階段で一階まで降りて裏口からホールに、入ってチェックアウトしました。混んでいたので朝食も、食べずにかえりました。一年に２、３回は団体の学生に、あたるなあ、団体がいるときは、出来るだけ低層階に、泊まりたいです、エレベーターが一機ってこともあるのかな？

場所的には居酒屋や風俗などが周りにあるので夜は少し騒がしい感じでしたが、ホタル的には駅に近いし朝食は無料だし問題なく過ごせました。ただ、トイレの上にバスタオル置く棚があり、追加でレンタルしたバスタオルやフェイスタオルが便座の中に落ちる惨事があり、棚の場所はバスタブの方につけてほしいなと思いました。有料で借りたのに使う前に便座に落下は残念でした😢でも、それだけで他は問題なかったです^_^
