Beautiful Cozy place , with plenty to keep you busy. Location also amazing. Staff was just okay. Afternoon bartender on the rooftop pool was a bit condensending. Front desk staff was helpful but only after you asked a few times. Other than that no complaints.

For sure one of my favorite hotels in Nola. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Ambience and decor is nice and rooms are a great size. Location is also pretty good and walkable to public transportation (I’m from an area where buses and trains are normal so I like to take them lol) There’s also a nice walk out patio on some of the rooms. Just overall great time and can’t wait to come back :) Hyatt never misses! My blurry photos are from a video

Really charming stay, so convenient to also have a great coffee spot connected as well as a beautiful rooftop pool. The supervisor was amazing during check in process and informative. The rooms were comfortable and nice.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The room was gorgeous and had plenty of space. The windows faced the road, but it wasn’t too busy and the shutters blocked out light and noise perfectly. The Italian restaurant on site was phenomenal and the pool on the roof was so cute and perfect. The property was also super walkable, so that was amazing. We would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is situated perfectly on a quiet street. Nestled away from the hustle and bustle of Canal and Bourbon street. Staff were mostly friendly and the room was well maintained. The only issue we had was a slow shower drain. Other than that our stay was perfect! Will definitely visit this hotel again!

Excellent location if you want to be away from the noise of Bourbon Street. Close enough between the main strip and Garden District. The entire staff from doorman, guest services and housekeeping made our stay comfortable. Amazing ameneties in this unique "retro meet modern" chic hotel. Having a restaurant, coffee shop, lobby bar and rooftop pool made this property both ideal and fun to stay in. Cocktail options at the bars could use some improvements. Live jazz bands/event on the weekends is a great way to start your night. Comfortable, fun and relaxing stay overall. We'll definitely be back.
