This hotel was outstanding in every way—from the quality of the food and the professionalism of the staff to the cleanliness and well-maintained amenities. The pearl spring bath was absolutely incredible, and the sunrise view was simply breathtaking—truly unforgettable experiences that made the stay even more special.

What impressed me the most is the staff. Their service is superb and better than most of the five-star hotels that I have stayed in Tokyo! Breakfast buffet is great with tons of choices. Scenery surrounding the hotel is beautiful.

The room is spacious and clean, with many designs dedicated for the ease of stay which we like a lot. Breakfast wise is good selection with theme of seafood in the Toba region. Onsen is the best part of this stay as this might be the only region you may find the pearl theme onsen with many good quality skin products free for use. Overall a very satisfying stay here, will definitely come back again next time!

Excellent Hotel - we had great views from our spacious room on the top (7th) floor - this was a Club room. Club breakfast, afternoon tea, and cocktails with food were all good, although limited variety. Dinner at the French Restaurant was also excellent. They have a shuttle bus to Toba Station, and also provided a bus for us to go to a local Izakaya. English at the hotel was limited, but not a problem. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, although we visited most of the tourist sites in our 5 day stay (using a hire car).

Room is very spacious including a living area and very clean as well. The hotel has a beautiful view of the sea and it also provides free shuttle service to and fro the JR station which is very convenient. Not all the staff can speak good English, especially the front desk. Need some improvement on that aspect. The spa (onsen) is at the sister hotel which is a Japanese style hotel down the hill. The onsen is very special with pearl accent in the hot spring water.

very nice view. the bed was very comfortable. i love the breakfast, they have a lot of local produce that are very fresh and delicious. the staff are very friendly and helpful eventho they are not very good at english. must try the french restaurant.

Awesome stay and great service

Amazing view from the room (even tho it was mountain side - still able to see a bit of sea view). Spacious clean room and looked newly renovated. Free shuttle bus service available between Toba station and hotel. Hotel breakfast was delicious. Service was awesome as well! Was taking photos at the exterior lobby deck and a friendly staff came running out and offered to take photos for us. Would stay here again if I visit Toba again!

Service is good. From the reception to the bell boy to the restaurant staff. The male manager at the breakfast reception is always bright and courteous every morning. Club room is super worth it since there’s food throughout the day with yummy cheesecakes etc. There’s even free flow liquor available. The club room is pretty and nicely renovated. We loved our stay at TOBA we stayed 3 nights

We Appreciate

We came all the way from Macau. This is the 3rd time I came back to Toba International. And I am still planning for my next time. Anyways, this time I brought my family altogether 11 persons with seniors 70-91 and a baby that just turned 4 months old. We had a great time. The staffs are very nice and friendly and willing to assist in every way. Just the stairs from Ocean Wing and Harbour Wing needs some attention, but my 91 years old grandma was able to go up and down several times a day.

The Ocean VIEW was amazing! The room huge and spotless with all of the amenities one could want, including pajamas. The spa was awesome. The staff is the nicest! The free shuttle i to town was clutch! The exec lounge was great! Breakfast was great! Love this hotel.
