The beginning of my stay was somehow rough, the bedroom we got was the lowest rate room, no windows ! I should say that shower is amazing. I was surprised because front desk did ask for official IDs in a very demanding way… not comfortable with it. Otherwise staff was very professional and attentive. Prices overall are very high.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at hotel panamera! The pool was stunning and the beach was beautiful! The food and service was superb! Especially loved my service with David, was was amazing! Highly recommend hotel panamera for your tulum trip if you are looking for a hotel in the hotel zone!

Hotel Panamera is such a gem on Tulum Beach. The design is beautiful—the checkered pool is a total highlight—and the rooms are cozy and stylish. The food is amazing (the tacos are a must-try), and the rooftop bar is perfect for sunsets. I loved the daily yoga and the chill but vibrant vibe. The staff were super friendly and made the stay even better. Honestly, it’s one of the best spots I’ve stayed at in Tulum!

A great hotel on the beach front, loved the morning yoga on the beach. The grilled fish offer from their restaurant at the weekends is fantastic. My only request is that the room has more surfaces like a small table to put things on. With the limited surfaces we had to use the minibar to put things like a hand bag and small personal items.

Last year there was yoga, Ice Bath included and this year we paid! I went back for the experience. Two negative points are the shower and salt water and breakfast starts at 8:00 if you wake up early like me there is no coffee to serve really they only serve it at 8:01. But the staff who serve on the beach are kind the cleaning is good and the second time I loved it the first time this time there were some points that were not very good but ok!

Happy to have ended up in a nice newer and clean hotel. Location was further down the strip but just perfect as it was less packed right up front. Beach front lounging with restaurant service was fantastic. Staff was helpful in booking additional experiences. I can’t wait to return.

Staff here were great and super accommodating. Roof top bar could get loud, however, it closes by the time you would be going to sleep so it is a-ok. They have plenty of events on the property like yoga daily, so lots to join in. Good was reasonably priced for the area, and overall enjoy our stay.

The staff and overall service level is world-class which made our experience top notch. Regardless of the staff member everyone was more than willing to help all needs. The security guard got us a blanket and offered to turn outside lights on for us late night. New favourite Tulum hotel! Hotel Panamera is heaven. My husband and I have been coming to Tulum for years and have tried many different types of accommodation on the beach road and Hotel Panamera gets everything right. The location is perfect for walking to some of our favourite hotels and restaurants, and for those who prefer the quieter end of the strip. The staff were kind and helpful, always busy but available if you needed something. The design and aesthetic of this hotel are stunning. Minimalist but still warm and inviting. We had an Atrium room which was simple but comfortable (I will agree with previous reviews, they need more hooks in the rooms) There are two pools, one which is exclusive for guests and has a hot jacuzzi which was nice to use in the evening. We loved the morning yoga with Rahul, the yoga shala is right on the beach so you get to listen to the sound of the waves as you do the class…amazing! After yoga have a delicious breakfast in their beautiful restaurant overlooking the beach. Monday night was our favourite, half price cocktails on the roof and a fun dj. The view from Roof is spectacular at sunset. One of our other favourite things about Panamera was the music they played. Not your typical club tracks, you can tell someone carefully curated the playlist to include diverse and interesting music from around the world which sets the tone for lovely atmosphere throughout the hotel. Can’t wait to return, thank you Hotel Panamera!

The staff make this property beyond expectations. From Juan, Gael, Armando, Johnny, Omar, Luciano, to Alberto, to David, Jesus, Joshua, Petro, Daniela - all absolutely superb. The magic of the chefs who have really gone above and beyond when he came to making special accommodations and adaptations of recipes.
