It was most amazing experience Staffs were truly professional,5 star service,from reception front desk staffs (special thanks to Megan especially for her warm welcome,professionalism and friendly service) Concierge and housekeeping staffs were top notch ,room was super clean. We were in Sydney for the marathon, and Intercontinental was conveniently located less than half a mile from the Opera House and The Rocks. This hotel is probably the best smelling hotel I’ve been to! I really loved the ambiance, interior and decor. The staff was very nice as well. On most days, my family (with 2 young kids) walked to shops and restaurants. I’d definitely visit again.

Top hotel. Food & service was excellent. Bed was fantastic. Lovely refurb. Only gripe is the streaming from your own device to the TV. It kept dropping out- very annoying.

Fantastic hotel just steps from the Opera House and transport! Comfortable beds, amazing rooftop pool on the 31st floor, great amenities, and an excellent breakfast with lots of variety. Perfect stay in the heart of Sydney!
