As a One Key Gold or Platinum member, sign in on the Expedia app and purchase a flight that shows One Key Price Drop Protection is included. Once a qualifying flight is purchased, we’ll automatically check for your flight price drops on Expedia until the day of your departure.

· After booking on Expedia and until the day your flight is scheduled to depart, we automatically check for airfare price drops on your exact flight on Expedia once every 24 hours.
· Price Checks are based on the flight details you booked, including, for example, the same carrier, route, flight time, travel dates, cabin, and fare class. As a reminder, your flight details are available under Trips.
We only compare prices on Expedia and not on any other websites or airlines. Price changes and quotes from other websites are not eligible for Price Drop Protection benefits.
No. We do not monitor other websites for price changes, and quotes from other websites are not eligible for Price Drop Protection benefits. We only check flight price drops on Expedia every 24 hours and issue your Price Drop Protection payment if the price of your exact flight drops on Expedia.
You will be notified if the price of your flight goes up via push notification and email. You can rest assured that you booked at a good time and got our best deal on your flight with flight price drop protection. We won’t charge you the price difference if the price increases.
You should get it within 7 working days after your trip is complete. For example, if you booked a roundtrip flight, your Price Drop Protection payment will be issued after your return flight is completed. Once initiated, it may take up to 7 days to get your payment or for your OneKeyCash to be awarded.
· If available on your flight, Price Drop Protection will be shown on the flight details page, where it can be added for a small fee.
· If you’re a Gold or Platinum member and One Key Price Drop Protection is available on your flight, you’ll see it already included in your flight, at no additional cost, on the flight details page.
· We want to help you get Expedia’s best deal on your flight. When you purchase Price Drop Protection for your flights, we’ll automatically check the price of your flight on our site until you depart. If the flight price drops on Expedia, you’ll get the difference back after your trip.
· As a One Key Gold and Platinum member, you get One Key Price Drop Protection at no additional cost on select flights only on Expedia app. If the price of your flight drops on Expedia, we’ll issue the difference in OneKeyCash to your One Key account after your trip ends.
