My husband and I were only there for a few hours to get some sleep in between flights. The room was clean, had all amenities, and A/C. The service desk is open all hours and staff was so helpful with our luggage and booking us a car to the airport at 1am. Would absolutely recommend.

Staff was friendly and helpful but the property and the buffet breakfast was just ok. I went to stay with my wife and the room was short on amenities like just one pair of room sleepers, clean towels etc. even the size of the bathroom was terribly short especially the shower area. I would never recommend anyone to stay in ibis as long as we have better options available in the neighbourhood.

Only a brief transit stay but I was impressed with communication and helpfulness of staff, they booked taxis for me from and to airport (which I was grateful for as a solo female traveller on a flight that landed early in the morning). Room was super clean, shower was good, bed and pillows very clean and very comfortable. Excellent selection of food and drinks at breakfast.

Room was clean, felt a bit warmer and not able to lower AC below 21. Room a bit smaller but okay for single traveller. Staff were very helpful, breakfast was okay. Would stay again when I visit.

Friendly and attentive staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Ibis is a great value for the price point when traveling in and out of the Delhi airport area. I often stay at a Marriott property and pay for their amenities that I did not use. Ibis fit my needs better for this particular trip.

Great location and excellent walkability to local restaurants and shops. The hotel decor is hip and appears to be fairly new, but a closer, deeper look reveals the actual age of the infrastructure. Regardless, the the convenience of location and friendliness of staff make this an excellent option in Aerocity. I would stay here during a future visit.

As a solo female traveler, I felt safe the moment I walked in. Staff were friendly and helpful. I really liked how energy conservation was thought out. Although I could not find the switch to turn off the bedside lights, I just had to remove my key from the power sensor. Please note that outlets have switches too so don’t plug in and expect your phone to be charging. Breakfast was AMAZING! Everything was vegetarian and super flavorful. I tried a little of everything and it was by far the best breakfast buffet I’ve experienced abroad. A short taxi to the airport makes this an obvious choice.
