The staff was wonderful. Mia at the front desk found my wallet in the lobby and tracked me down to get it back to me. I didn't even know I had lost it. She could have easily put it behind the desk and waited for someone to ask about it. She should definitely get a pat on the back. My room was very nice and clean. I really like the hygiene products you provide. After my last trip to Detroit I was pleased with a hotel that is clean, safe, and quiet. Thank you.

Clean, great rooms, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. You’re close to big stores to stock up on food and drinks if needed. Only critique was the swimming pool- looked a bit dirty/old and would benefit from some upgrades/improvements. Kids didn’t mind though- absolutely would stay here again!

The suite was lovely and easy and smooth check in process. Only thing I would advise, let your guests know about the card operating the lights and how to cut off/on the lights and have more options for vegetarians and people that do not eat pork
