Mandai resort was beautiful, immersed in nature, with luxurious, spacious rooms, and great amenities overall. The breakfast spread was one of the most expansive I've seen, featuring both Western and Eastern dishes. From the moment you are greeted to the complimentary drink service when you are waiting in the lobby to check out, the staff and service are of the highest standard. All of this combined with the accessibility to Mandai's Zoo experiences make this a beautiful and relaxing resort a must-stay in Singapore.

I think staying here is an essential part of the overall Mandai experience. Being immersed in nature for a full 24 hours, rather than simply visiting for a few hours, gives you time to gradually slow down and feel more connected to the surroundings. The peaceful atmosphere of the rainforest makes the stay itself feel like part of the experience, not just a place to sleep. If we come back to Singapore Zoo and the Mandai attractions, we would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. Everything was well-organized, clean, and beautifully maintained. Service was great. Requested for a baby cot and side by side rooms, and all were met. They even threw in simple deco and a cake for my husband's birthday. The hotel is clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious. Will definitely return.

The family room was spacious and clean. Service was efficient and reliable though not particularly warm. The snacks cart adds a nice touch to the welcome area. Some parts of the corridor could get wet from the rain so kids and elderly have to exercise greater caution. Overall, it was still a nice stay, especially after visiting the Night Safari.

The room was spacious, there are a lot of thoughtful details, great for kids. The pool was wonderful particularly after a day of walking around wildlife parks. Great base for exploring the wildlife parks- would recommend a park a day and enjoy the hotel!
