Avis RIU Atoll Maldives

J'ai séjourné 9 jours au RIU Atoll et globalement, c'était une excellente expérience. Le personnel était professionnel et sympathique, toujours à l'écoute. L'île est magnifique et bien entretenue. Ma chambre (suite sur la mer) était spacieuse avec une vue à couper le souffle, bien que la climatisation soit trop froide et que les surfaces glissantes dans la chambre soient un petit inconvénient. La restauration était un point fort avec une qualité de repas impressionnante, bien que le jus d'orange ne soit pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel de ce standing. Un petit bémol sur la possibilité de ramener de la nourriture en chambre : il faut systématiquement l'accord d'un responsable, ce qui est un peu contraignant pour un all inclusive. L'incident avec un membre du personnel de ScubaCaribe a été géré rapidement et sérieusement par l'hôtel, mais aucun geste commercial n'a été proposé, ce qui aurait été apprécié. Le transfert de Malé à l'île de Maafushi est un peu long (attente de plusieurs heures) et le départ très tôt le matin pour mon vol retour aurait pu être mieux géré. Petit problème de facturation : une différence de prix non justifiée entre ma réservation et le montant final. Globalement, un excellent séjour avec quelques ajustements à faire. Je recommande !

Un séjour de rêve aux Maldives ! Les chambres sur pilotis offrent un cadre spacieux et apaisant, parfait pour se ressourcer. Le personnel, toujours souriant et attentif, fait vraiment la différence. Côté restauration, les trois restaurants apportent des expériences variées : un buffet correct mais un peu répétitif, le Dhona remarquable pour sa qualité, et le steak du Bref qui rivalise avec les meilleures brasseries françaises. En 12 jours, pas une once d’ennui, la beauté de la nature suffit à émerveiller chaque instant. Une adresse à recommander sans hésiter !

Bodde fem nätter. Vi ville avsluta vår resa med att bara slappa efter att rest runt i Sri Lanka 2,5 vecka. Och det var precis lagom. Allt funkade bra med flyg och båt m.m. Fräscha stora rum. Åt på de två lite "finare" restaurangerna en varsin gång då man inte kunde boka dom mer än en gång per vecka. Men, enligt mig så var bufféns mat bättre. Både vin, öl och drinkar var bra kvalitet på. Åt hummer och räkor som var helt fantastiska. Väldigt trevlig personal både i receptionen och restaurangerna. Finns verkligen inget annat att göra än att bada, spela boule, vattengympa m.m. då dom tar hutlöst mycket för både dykning och snorkelturer. Detta var inget resort utöver nåt annat, men lite check på Maldiverna när vi ändå var i närheten. Varit på ett resort i Mauritius där vattenskidor, segling, provdyk m.m ingick. Så nja... Häftigast var havet med 32 grader och snorklingen från stranden där vi såg både haj, rocka och massor med färgglada småfiskar.

Staff can't do enough for you. The sea is crystal clear with a great variety of fish to sea. The food was amazing. Recommend booking the restaurants at reception to ensure you get the chance to visit. I can't remember seeing any rubbish anywhere and rooms were well cleaned every day. Only downside is there was no air con in the restaurants. But that's a tiny point. Great holiday and a great hotel

Only negative was that in room mini bar is only in the bungalows. Otherwise, this was a perfect destination. The on property coral reef provided hours of entertainment. Very walkable property in a picturesque setting. I would recommend to anyone 10/10

Lovely resort

Me and my wife loved to stay at RIU at the Maldives, the island is beautiful and we truly enjoyed our time there. I was a bit disappointed at the beginning as the reception was a bit impersonal not expected at all in a place like that. Completely hated the booking system through the app, and didn’t like the fact that the 2 other restaurants were very difficult to book. I have booked this trip to celebrate my wife 50 special birthday and had extremely high expectations but I felt the reception staff a bit cold and not interested. After my feedback we got some help in the end.

Das Hotel liegt auf einem wunderschönen Atoll auf den Malediven. Der herrliche Strand lädt zum Baden und Schnorcheln ein. Für Entspannung ist also gesorgt. Die Zimmer des Hotels sind geräumig, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Allgemein ist die Sauberkeit im Hotel sehr gut und der Service ist auch klasse, da das Personal auch sehr freundlich ist. Das Buffet ist jeden Tag sehr üppig und es findet sich für jeden Geschmack etwas. Dass es dabei auch Dinge gibt, die nicht jedem schmecken, sollte logisch sein. Die Öffnungszeiten des Hauptrestaurants sind in der Regel mehr als ausreichend und wer abseits dieser Zeiten noch Hunger hat, kann jederzeit in der Sportsbar etwas snacken. Die Getränke sind für ein All Inclusive absolut im guten Rahmen. Wer neben der Entspannung auch etwas Action mag, kann diverse kostenlose Aktivitäten ausprobieren (Stand Up Paddling, Kajak, Tretboot), am Animationsprogramm teilnehmen (u.a. Beachvolleyball, Aquagym, Tischtennis, Fitnesskurse, Yoga Kurse, Bingo, Quiz uvm.), sich auch im Fitnessraum mit Blick aufs Meer betätigen oder sich weitere Wasseraktivitäten dazubuchen (Schnorchelexkursion, Tauchgänge, Wakeboard, Wasserski, Delfintour etc.); diese Kosten allerdings extra. Beim Abendprogramm wird auch immer etwas geboten (Sunset DJ, Liveband, Parties). Alles in Allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
