The staff was amazing! And if you go by the bar, there is a wonderful bartender there. This was just an all-around great experience. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Nothing but good things to say about this hotel. We will be staying there again next time we’re in Indianapolis.

We always have a wonderful stay at Hotel Indy. We were warmly welcomed by a handwritten note from Kate, one of the hotel managers. She is delightful and a primary draw for our return visits. The room is always spotless, nicely appointed, spacious, and modern. The bed is comfy and the bathroom is huge! We also love the convenience of the rooftop bar and restaurant on the first floor. Thank you Hotel Indy staff and management, we will be back soon!

Large room with a comfortable bed... Wnen we checked in the friendly staff gave us a nice gift bag. If i come back to Indy, I will check if a room is available at Hotel Indy before I look anywhere else.

Great hotel with friendly staff!

Great place to stay! What made it even better was the friendly staff. Everyone from the valet to the front desk and the rooftop bar…they were all very helpful and pleasant.

Nice hotel and good sized rooms. Friendly staff. Decent gym. But as others have said the rooms are noisy as clearly being in Indy the drivers do like their loud engines and revving up ! Plus major construction over the road they starts at 7am doesn’t help. So whilst I’d stay at the property I wouldn’t chose the location.

Great location, great staff, very clean. Food at restaurant and rooftop was great. Bed was comfy but the construction across the street and the emptying of dumpsters at 430 am outside the room made sleeping without ear plugs in impossible.
