What a beautiful historic hotel! The lounge area with seating for overlooking Lake Yellowstone was great! The evening live music in this area was beautiful!
Stayed at the property in cabins and felt they were furnished to our needs two separate nights, loved eating dinner at the hotel where the food and service was excellent.

Nice old hotel with good view of lake.
Bar area was very attractive with good bartending staff.
Restaurant was just average.
Very plaisant stay in this hotel, we enjoyed very much its location near by the lake which was very convenient for us to visit the southern part of the park. Thanks.
We loved the view and the staff. Very comfortable bed. Meals were very expensive though. Also there is no WIFI. Shout out to Shawn, the piano player who entertained us in the Sunroom.

Lake Yellowstone Hotel is nostalgic and picturesque. Rooms are warm but thankfully they have portable fans. Several brief power outages while we were there were a little concerning. Dining room is nice, food acceptable but even with reservations be prepared for a short wait. The nostalgia and view are what make it special.
There was really nothing wrong with our hotel except the exorbitant prices of the rooms (I get it, limited access) and horrendous food everywhere in the park, including at this restaurant. We went to Grand Tetons after and the food and hotels were great. Yellowstone was really nothing special.
