I loved my stay at the Four Seasons Chicago! The attention to detail in the room was exceptional, and it was clear that every little touch had been thoughtfully considered. The breathtaking views of the lake and Magnificent Mile were truly special, especially at night when the city lights came alive. It made the stay feel even more memorable. I truly enjoyed the experience and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on my next trip to Chicago!

Stayed for a weekend trip. Staff were extremely attentive and knowledgeable about the property and city in general. Room arrangement and amenities were excellent. Pool was larger than expected for a ‘high rise’ pool, and very family friendly - towels/locker room was well stocked. Location in relation to city is perfect for shopping and local excursions, but would recommend uber/lift to get around

Mason went above and beyond to accommodate our daughter’s needs. He made sure we had everything we needed, and his exceptional service made our stay even more enjoyable. All of the staff were amazing, friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The food and drinks were delicious, and the spa was incredible. It exceeded our expectations and did not disappoint. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely return!

We came to the property for my wife’s 40th birthday celebration. From the moment we walked in through the doors, we felt pampered. Everyone on staff was friendly, high energy, and always willing to help. The housekeeping staff was top notch as they went above and beyond with expectation on not only keeping things clean, but organizing our clutter, leaving thoughtful birthday treats, and making us feel comfortable. I now do not want to travel without staying at a 4 seasons property. They made our experience 10 times better!
