The spot was in a good location but a hassle checking in everything is done via text and parking apparently is extra reservation supper annoying because we were in a hurry and no one to talk to everything via text I will not come back to this place also all night long the room directly above us was making noise like someone walking and stopping on the floor our ceiling in heels I wish I could get a refund very disappointed but it was cute and clean inside

They don't say this upfront, but there are no elevators! They hide it in their listing under accessibility instead of telling customers outright. The process getting in was super easy, but our room was nothing like the listing. I reserved a king room with a small kitchenette, but when we got there it was a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom unit with no king bed. Tried to text the number they provided but didn't hear back. Also charging $40 a night for parking is insane. There is tons of free parking around Long Beach so it felt predatory.

Amazing stay

Great stay at this hotel located in a cool area in Long Beach near shops, restaurants, and more. Enjoyed the ease of check in and check out and comfortable environment. Recommend this hotel as one to stay at.

We stayed in the 2-bedroom suite. The unit has a full kitchen but dishwasher did not work. The refrigerator has an ice machine but it was not connected. The clothes dryer did not work which was a bummer since I washed clothes while there. The electrical plugs in master bathroom did not work. The unit is spacious and quiet. We walked to Catalina Ferry and Ocean of The Pacific. There is Vons nearby and pizza near hotel was good.
