You get a beautiful view from almost all locations. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I didn't eat at all of the restaurants but the pizza at Il Forno was good. As were the drinks! I would have liked to see a few Mexican options on the menu, but, I could have ventured around the property to a different restaurant if it was really an issue. It was low season, but they seemed fully staffed and everything was open. The only comment I have is that I waited over an hour for help with my luggage on check out, despite making several calls. I had given myself plenty of time for the airport, but that could have been an issue for someone on a tighter schedule.

The rooms were clean from top to bottom. Fresh towels, plenty of space in the Jr Suite. The room and bathroom were both spacious, so we did not feel cramped. There was a lounge area with table and chairs and balcony. So there was true comfort and peace. The staff was hospitable and welcoming in all areas of the hotel, Rose, Sunset and Blanco. The Mare Nostrum restaurant was good, there were nights with some, really, really good food choices, Pork Tamales, breakfast, italian dishes and Asian dishes. Cecilia, Mariana, Nahomi were great hostesses. Excellent customer services and hospitality. Luis, Manuel, Marisol were great service people along with other workers in restaurant. Cilantro was good. Suite service was really good. The tacos were excellent. The Market of Quivira had some excellent choices. All and all, our trip was great. Going in the down season didn't impact our trip too much, some restaurants were closed for vacations, but we still had variety.

Pool was cold, furniture dated and food quality for room service is poor

We had a great stay at Garza Blanca Los Cabos. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and kept impeccably clean throughout our stay. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day and paid attention to the small details. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The pools were beautiful, well maintained, and never felt overcrowded, making them perfect for relaxing. We also really enjoyed the food—the quality was consistently excellent, with plenty of delicious options throughout the resort. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we’d happily stay here again.
