Everything is excellent. I enjoyed this place. The elevator provided a fantastic experience, and the staff are remarkably impressive; the beds serve their purpose well. The striking reflection in the bathroom mirror offered a pleasant distraction while I flirted with myself. The staff were exceptional, the gnomes are not smurfs, and the housekeepers are keepers—the house keeps being maintained by those heaven-sent keepers. Most importantly, the air conditioning is outstanding; I cannot emphasize this enough—the air conditioning is the finest on the planet and the reason for the season. The season is extremely hot, though not as hot as that reflection in the bathroom mirror. Finally, the sex you will have will not surpass the sex you might miss; if you miss having sex, I cannot relate, so I suggest you stop reading and speak to God, not me, then immediately book a room and extend your lifestyle in air conditioning cooler than cool. If you encounter any issues while there, first, you will not and should not; if you do, listen carefully: you need Jesús, and Jesús needs you too, so stop being such a danger to this planet and your entire temple of a body that deserves to be loved and extended. American woman, stay away from me; American woman, mama let me be. Do not come hanging around my door; I do not want to see your face anymore; I have more important things to do.
No no no! Crack house hotel? Not safe. Paid for it, saw the room, the people coming and going, and went to Hyatt place for the night. Well worth the money for a good nights sleep.

Disliked: Amenities
Place was clean, kinda had a funky smell. There was no hairdryer and I thought the description said there was one but I could be wrong. But place was still nice and clean.
The deposit of $100 cash is something people need to know before arriving to check in. After traveling for 7 hours and getting your bags out of the car, the last thing you want to do is put your stuff back in your car and try to go find someplace that will allow you to get $100 cash back. Also, my nonsmoking room reeked of cigarettes and even had ashes on the counter. The one thing that I can’t complain about is the friendly staff. The hotel is in rough shape and really needs a renovation.

We had booked 2 nights at this facility but ended up checking out before the first hour was up due to the conditions of the room and the hotel.
No working elevator and we were on the 3rd floor.
Room had a maids cart parked in it at 8:30 pm when we arrived.
one bed was unmade and pulled away from the wall. Kitchen cabinets were wide open and there were roach bodies in the kitchen sink. We went to the lobby and asked for a refund. She referred us to Expedia for a refund but they say the money was actually charged at check in at the site.
Front staff was friendly but the room was disgusting. Upon arrival we found hair in the bed, crumbs on the floor, stains in the toilet and shower, roaches on the floor and a rusty molded sink.

So far it's been an okay stay, I wouldn't say the best.. just due to the beginning of when we started staying here , room was never supposed to be
They are not part of the national chain, just using a similar name. My welcoming committee was a roach under a pillow (granted the staff brought me a new pillow case after I killed it and called the front desk). The toilet wasn't flushing, the stains around all faucets were extensive, the bottom of the bathtub was literally blackened with stains. The hall and elevator floors needed cleaning. The breakfast counter was severely lacking and was out of coffee by 7:00 and when staff was approached about it they just shrugged like, yeah, we know. I could rant on but would just make for a long read, so I'll sum it up with NO!
When we checked in to our room, we found the showerhead was missing, the floor was filthy and the blankets were stained. They brought up a showerhead and gave me Swiffer with a dirty rag so I could clean the floor. They say it has kitchen supplies but it had nothing and I had to request items and then go retrieve them. They had one coffee cup and two plastic glasses for a family of three.
We were booked for two weeks but ended up leaving - without any refund- after the first week. The elevator stopped working after 3 days (we were on the 3rd floor) and had to use the stairs from then on. There were constantly people smoking marijuana outside the stair access door and the smell travelled down the hallway and up the stairs. Both of the stair access door locks were non-functioning. I was told I was not allowed to come through the "lobby" with my dog and so I was forced to walk through the illegal activity area with my 8 year old child. On the last night we were there, there was a lot of noise and banging for a long time. It sounded like a party that turned into a fight. We did not feel safe in the place and informed the staff of all of this. We were told they would contact their management and inform them.... we've heard nothing. We contacted corporate and were told we would be called back within 48 business hours.... we've heard nothing. It is obvious the place is not really an extended stay hotel and is, in fact, low income housing. We found out they accept Section 8 vouchers
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The pictures when booking looked great but that was not the case. All information need to be updated, no breakfast, elevator was broken, roaches in the room.
There was no sitting chair, no desk chair, no night stand, no comforter on the bed, no trash can in the bathroom, no dishes/pots/utensils in the kitchen, no cold water in the bathroom sink, no sheers on the window. The smoke detector chirped all night. Worst hotel I have ever experienced.
