Very nice hotel that is centrally located. Close to the MFA, restaurants and shops. Enjoyed the rooftop gym. Staff was extremely courteous. There’s a mandatory food fee - it seems like more hotels are going that route these days.

This is a grand older hotel that definitely deserves its star rating. Staff were friendly and helpful from front desk, to concierge to doormen to housekeeping. Front desk went out of their way to assist in a late check out. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Would definitely stay again!
