I was exceptionally happy with staff, room/room service and dinning options within the building. Free bus to Osaka station as well as rail access. A short stroll over the water and myriad little restaurants for authentic Japanese cuisines. Great place to stay!

Great Breakfast !!! You must pay to use the pool which is crazy. 33.00 per adult amd 16.50 per child. Very friemdly staff and nice hotel.

Hotel is not located near easy transport. Its in a more business district. Hotel itself was beautiful and clean however the restaurants were extremely expensive, hours are not convenient, (no coffee or breakfast before 9am except by room service), and we found the beds to be very hard. Very limited take away options but we found that to be common in Osaka in general.

The staff at the swimming pool was very rude. Also the swimming pool needs major repairs there was a lot of algae and I ended up getting algae fungus in my fingers nails.

Beautiful hotel with a resort feel. Not close to train stations, but there is a shuttle provided to take you to Osaka station. I only took it once, but it appears to get packed from either end of the trip. The walk to/ from close stations is about 15-20 minutes. Grocery store Life is nearby as well as a Family Mart. There is a 7 11 in the hotel.
