Absolutely stunning hotel in the heart of Polanco. From the moment you arrive, the staff makes feel special. The rooms may be on the smaller size but the attention the details make up for it. The amenities are luxurious and plentiful.

We couldn’t ask for a better hotel experience. Actually it’s hard to call Casa Polanco a hotel; it’s more like a charming Hacienda. From the moment you arrive, you feel like you are staying with close friends or family. Charming staff, excellent breakfast and lunch items, and an excellent array of beverages, including liquor, beer, and wine, all at no additional charge. The rooms are wonderfully appointed and clean. We will definitely return to Casa Polanco on our next trip to Mexico City.
