The pictures made it look smaller than it was in person. Good neighborhood, friendly neighbors. Easily identifiable and conveniently located. Very happy with our stay. Would stay here again.

This place is a dump. Everything’s overgrown and dirty, outside amenities were not usable at all. The room couldn’t fit my suitcase. The bed is against a wall on 2 1/2 sides. It says it is a guest house at a villa or resort. It is in a residential neighborhood, urban, crowded, and unsafe. This is a total bait-and-switch, the pictures do not match the reality.I did not stay there. I left.

I enjoyed the staff customer service and hospitality. Staff were on time in addressing guest needs. However, the outside environment needs to be cleaned up.

The place was clean. I had a small private room and bath shared common area with one other room. Basic necessities provided but the property could use some TLC but the price reflects that. I didn’t spend any waking hours there so it was fine for my purposes.

Very clean. Seems like there is construction debris outside some times, but that is because they are constantly remodeling and replacing outdated interiors. So the inside is always immaculate. Sage place behind fence to park your vehicle. You can't beat the price or quality from this area.

Our experience at this apartment was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the house and its surroundings felt neglected and did not provide the relaxing atmosphere you expect on vacation. The apartment was not ready to receive guests—it was dirty, had an unpleasant smell, and did not appear to have been properly cleaned. Unfortunately, some of us even experienced allergic reactions during our stay, making the situation even worse. We had planned to stay for four days, but we were so uncomfortable that we left after only two. This property was not worth the money we paid, and we would never stay here again. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. If you decide to book it despite this review, you can judge the conditions for yourself. If the company see this, the owner should refund us.

The room is to small same the bathroom very small no space I made the reservation on Expedia and I’m not seen anywhere saying that I have to share the kitchen So is very incontestable I bring some food to cook And some dessert So I lost one of the desserts I bring
