The alcohol is terrible at this resort. We had to go to the Ritz to get a proper cocktail. We couldn’t get into any restaurants. All the wait times were 30 mins to an hour. The resort is nice and everyone that works there is very friendly.

The oceanfront and swim-out room at this resort are a must-have! While I enjoyed lounging by the pool, it was equally delightful to cool off in my room and take in the ocean view. The spa was an absolute gem, offering a truly relaxing experience. I particularly enjoyed the evening shows after dinner, very entertaining. The dinner was average, nothing extraordinary, but there was always a variety of food and drinks available. The gym was well-equipped with plenty of machines. Remember to bring plenty of small bills to tip. The staff works incredibly hard, and they truly deserve it.

Nice pools. We valued the upgrading to the preferred section with an additional pool option. The main pool is open to day guests and can get crowded. The food was excellent. Our room had a very musty smell. The “premium” drinks a very watered down. We were very disappointed that the beach is not accessible. Because of this, we felt very trapped on the small property. My husband and I love to walk on the beach. While we will entertain going to other Secrets locations, we won’t go back to this one.

The whole resort was very clean, not crowded. The staff were courteous and friendly. The attention to detail was great, all the staff was are of my food allergies in the restaurant. And the food was delicious in all the restaurants. My favorite were the Baja fish tacos.

Frankie, axel, Miguel one of a kind! Very attentive entertaining staff, made me feel at home with all sport activities . It was a true great experience with the bike rides, volleyball, show room theater , water aerobics, the music playlist was good just some days it felt repetitive.

I had a swim out room, building 5. Stayed for 10 nights. Littering everything was so good, a couple exceptions though. The steak served in the fajitas at El Patio and the steak severed at the hibachi in Himitsu were not good at all, tough and seasoned poorly. Great drinks, food choices, spa, coffee, pool, restaurants (other than above), room service, concierge all top notch.

What a beautiful resort ! The staff is truly amazing from the bar tenders to the wait staff to the staff just walking through everyone says good morning ask if you need anything .. seriously one of the best resorts we have been to truly top notch. We will definitely be back

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was nice and clean and all the safe was friendly. If you are looking for a place to relax with adults, I would highly recommend. If you want to visit the arches, it is about 25/30 minutes away.
