Best hotel experience, hands down! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. When we go back to New York, we will only be staying here. Not even going to look anywhere else, that's how amazing the Lotte is.

Our entire stay at the beautiful Lotte New York Palace Hotel was amazing. specially at Christmas time with the beautiful trees inside and outside or spectacular. Our view from our room of St. Patrick’s Cathedral was gorgeous and we look forward to staying there again.

Efficient staff, very well run property. We came at Christmas and the decorations were elegant and festive. Our spotless room had a gorgeous view of St Patrick's Cathedral. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the stunningly beautiful Villiard room restaurant. Location was perfect for sightseeing & shopping.
