This is the best hotel in the best location on mount pleasant. The boardwalk is a nice relaxing place to walk before and after dinner. The restaurants around shem creek are all very good. We especially like red’s ice house.

We enjoyed our long weekend at Shem Creek Inn. It’s a great location with so many wonderful restaurants and boardwalks to navigate the area! Can’t wait to go back!

Reasonably priced. The advertised view of the marshes was actually a view of the parking lots. Would pick the creekside room next time. Walk-in shower was nice. Bed comfortable. No complaints.

We enjoyed our stay, room clean bed was comfy, location is great, we didn’t have to drive to any restaurants. Shem creek park piers are fun to walk and catch the sunset, fish, watch the boats go by etc. I highly recommend staying here at Shem creek Inn😊

We loved our stay at Shem Creek! Parking was easy for hotel guests, which is good because that area gets super busy. Staff was great, rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable. We'd definitely stay there again!

The location was so convenient on the water with boardwalk, restaurants and bars all around. It was great for walking. The room had very little closet, storage space. Hooks inside and outside of the bathroom for towels and bathing suits, etc would've helped especially since there was plenty of empty wall space. The room was plenty cool, the bed and linens were great, and the shower was nice. The continental breakfast had a good variety. The staff were friendly. I would stay here again.
