I booked 4 rooms. They were all clean. My room, the bathroom had quarter piece of glass so all the water keeps splashing out soaking the floor. I had to turn the shower toward the wall. There is also no hot water, just warm. My balcony door could not lock. It was broken. The cupboard where the tiny refrigerator was, it was falling apart so I didn't get to use it at all. There were roaches running around. I killed 2 of them. The phone in my children's room wasn't working. Another room balcony door also was broken and another room there was a shower curtain and just a slight hump so when showering the water gets out. I made reports but but no one came and we could not get better rooms assigned. We were told they were fully booked. I would not return there in the future and I certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

A good location and very nice beach adjacent to the property . The hotel itself has a place to swim, but there’s no beach. You have to go down some stairs with a rocky abutment, but the swimming is OK if you don’t mind not having sand. The biggest problem I have with this place is the all inclusive amenities very small portions very limited variety of food unfortunately it is one of the worst all inclusives when it comes to food that I ever went to . If they improve on this aspect, I would give it at least four stars.
