We really enjoyed our stay here. It is beautifully decorated, and staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us to buy train tickets, and also to follow up on a tour we had booked. The location is very convenient, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff was very friendly. Housekeeping was immaculate and always done early in the day. Our room was very well equipped and quiet. PURO Stare Miasto was very well located for our purposes. We would definitely return and we would stay at other PURO hotels! This hotel is a gem!!

Amazing stay at PURO Warsaw I always enjoy my stays at PURO hotels and this visit was no exception. The hotel has lovely, stylish décor and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are friendly, helpful and always happy to assist. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring Warsaw’s Old Town, with many attractions and restaurants within easy reach. Overall, it’s a lovely hotel that I’m always happy to return to. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

This place was perfect! The location was excellent—just a few blocks from Old Town. The hotel is beautiful, with a stunning rooftop and a café with a relaxing outdoor patio. The rooms were cozy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Everything looked just like the photos! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and you truly can’t beat the price for what you get. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Warsaw!

One of the best and most comfortable places I stayed at. Quiet, clean, high tech, functional, beautiful and quiet outdoor patio; very close to center of old Town, few minute walk to various restaurants including vegan, vegeterian, gluten free and keto. The only negative for me was coffee - not very good. But overall still excellent!

Beautifully designed hotel, cosy room and very friendly staff. The cafe downstairs was lovely and the drinks in the rooftop bar were excellent. The sauna was also a great addition! We would definitely return.

Very nicely decorated hotel. A lot of amenities and things within the hotel that also made it very busy and noisy. Such as the downstairs cafe/bar and the upstairs rooftop bar. The rooms were nice and modern. But the hallway smelled like feet.

Loved the decor and style. Very clean place with all needed amenities. Convenient location. Stayed for work - WiFi fast enough to be able to work without interruptions. Tried downstairs bakery - absolute top! Free bikes available for use. Would definitely stay again!

If you like mid-century modern/Scandanavian design, this hotel is heaven. Such thoughtful and exquisite design on every level creates an incredibly peaceful and chic vibe. The breakfast is also outstanding, so fresh and creative. There’s an artisinal bakery/cafe in the hotel. It’s quiet and walking distance to everything we were interested in seeing. Be prepared to see a lot of fashionable locals there in the evenings.

My third time choosing this wonderful hotel. From the moment you arrive the design choices and furniture coney welcome and relax. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms have that Nordic vibe reflected throughout the entire property. Location is perfect with easy walk / stroll to old town. One of my favourite hotels anywhere on the globe.
