This is about twenty minutes away from the Balboa Peninsula, and a better price than other hotels closer. Our room was the two story condo with two bathrooms. It had plenty of lighting, and was clean. Our 4 teenagers and 2 puppies loved the space they had to play, and my husband and I loved having a separate bedroom with doors for privacy when the kids wanted to stay up later than us. The kitchen was stocked with a lot more tools and things than other inns we have stayed at. It was roomy, and the sink was even big enough to wash our small dogs after the beach.

All and all the property was clean and location was fabulous for us. The breakfasts had something for everyone. The only complaint is that the guests above us were very noisy. Their feet just pounded when they walked and at 1:00 am I was awakened to what sounded like someone running on a treadmill which lasted about 45 mins. When it stopped we heard shower and then was quiet. I tried calling the office, but it just rang busy time and time again. Saturday early evening heard this again and i tapped the register cover repeatedly and it stopped.

The staff was so responsive and kind and upbeat. The room was fine, clean etc. But my rating is based on how easy it was for us to be there while our home was fumigated. Full kitchen great breakfast quiet and peaceful.
