The staff was super helpful but there was some issue with the reservation through expedia...so there was a 30 min delay for check-in. The staff sorted it eventually. The rooms were very nice once we got in.

Rooms are clean but if you plan on staying for weeks well they only clean the room once a week. I think it would of been nice if they come around and took out the trash every other day or something like that. I stayed for a week and I was all out of trash bags and I was throwing away my own trash. Other than that my stay was pretty good.

Our room was not ready even though we arrived after the 3pm check in time. The girl told us it wasn't ready, then told us nothing else for another half hour. When we got to the room, all was fine except the kitchen towel which had something gross on it (looked like egg) and there was black dirt on the kitchen wash cloth. The room was fine, complimentary coffee was good. And the person who checked us out in the morning was very pleasant.
