We loved our stay in Dubai. It was a wonderful first experience. The hotel, the staff, and the facilities were all great. We especially appreciated our room attendant, Jabed, who was always very pleasant each morning and would create artistic arrangements on the bed using the linens. We would return to Dubai without a second thought.

Staff was friendly and our room was clean upon arrival. We had a view towards the Dubai Mall area which takes about 15 minutes walking. The room was taken care of by cleaning staff every day. Only issue we came across was that we had to request new towels every day since they were not left during cleaning. Overall good stay with friendly staff and management.

Good location for Dubai not to far from Dubai mall and Burj Khalif. Handy having a small supermarket near by. The room was spacious and bathroom good size We opted for breakfast and dinner as a convenience but the choices for both were a bit disappointing for a buffet. The hot dinner choices were at best warm even at open at 6.30pm. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The Staff were welcoming and ready to help any time. The room was clean and they left the guest to choose whether his room to be cleaned. Breakfast was generous with wide variety of food. Manal on the front desk was super helpful. They Gym and swimming pool were clean and the staff accommodating. Being Expedia member, I was upgraded to a bigger room upon arrival, and given the discount as advertised. On my departure, I was given a voucher to get discounts in Millennium hotels worldwide.
