We were warmly greeted by a very friendly staff member who brought hot tea to our room, and we found a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us. The room was clean and more accommodating than we had anticipated. The breakfast was excellent. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. I plan to return to the London location soon and will be visiting the Como in Bordeaux in April 2027.

The location is perfect, some of the best staff I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. Everyone is available to help, without hovering. The ambiance is lovely, even the hallway to our room felt unique. I hope to be back when we can stay longer. Thank you all, and a special thank you to the gentleman running the bar/lounge area. I’ve forgotten his name, but he made us feel very welcome.

This is the best place to stay in London. The staff of this amazing gem of a hotel are kind, helpful, and the nicest people. We travel to London regularly and this will be the only hotel that we will ever stay. Breakfast was exceptional. Atmosphere peaceful and relaxing. Very quiet and very relaxing. I love this hotel.

Return visit, very quiet hotel which is convenient for shopping and nearby restaurants. Room was very comfortable and all staff were attentive but not in your face. Breakfast room was very nice and service excellent (in particular from one lady whose name escapes me). Overall a lovely retreat and of course also convenient for walking in the local parks.

A beautiful boutique hotel with excellent rooms, decor, location, and breakfasts. The staff were attentive and wonderful to engage with. I /we, will stay there again. I highly recommend the Como the Halkin. A superb hotel in a great location. The hotel staff were quickly attentive to our needs, requests and a problem within the room we were given. We had an issue within the shower stall. They were efficient and responsive to the issue we brought to their attention. The staff and management quickly fixed the issue. My only concern with the repair was that we weren't warned before hand about the chemical smell of the product used to fix the problem. It made our night sleep unpleasant until the product dried and the smell dissipated. We had a five star stay within a a five star hotel. I forgot to add that the rooms were very quiet. There were no high volume truck, vehicle road noises or pubs near by, to disturb our night's sleep. You will not be disappointed should choose COMO THE HALKIN. Highly recommended!!!!

This is our favorite hotel for our London stays. It's a boutique hotel in a great location - within easy walking distance from shopping, dining, the theater and so on. If you are looking for a modern, high end hotel and prefer a smaller, quieter place vs a large hotel, I highly recommend it. We have stayed at several of the larger luxury Knightsbridge hotels and keep coming back to the Halkin.

Lovely hotel in best part of London

I generally like the COMO hotels. I changed over to The Halkin from the Metropolitan. The Halkin is better managed and the environment is lovely. The rooms very nice, quiet and nicely appointed. Great food in the restaurant. Highly recommend.

This is an outstanding hotel. The facilities are first rate - very modern, up to date, and classy. Great bed, linen and bathroom. Attention to detail in cleanliness and quality of the furnishings. Bar and breakfast were both lovely - great quality and selection and served with grace and efficiency. Location is quite convenient. Most outstanding was the attitude of the staff. Consistently and genuinely friendly, respectful, kind and helpful.

This is a lovely boutique hotel with enormous rooms, particularly for London. They are beautifully decorated and the yoga mats in every room are very high quality. The hotel is well-located for getting places in London -- a quick walk to the Tube and many buses nearby, too. We enjoyed our stay very much. My only complaint is that in other similar hotels, we have had more staff available and it was a bit more personal. All the staff that we did see were very nice, though. Overall, we would stay there again.

Beautiful spacious rooms. We did receive a room upgrade upon our arrival. Would recommend if you’re looking for a large room quiet area and close to Hyde Park. Only thing was I kept asking for cups and glasses and waters to be replaced everyday. They were not doing it with the house keeping which was annoying.

Impeccable service, spotless room, great location, quiet elegance. My only criticism is that I did not appreciate the new £23 per day charge for the housekeepers that just popped up. When I asked about it, I was told, "But 100% goes to the housekeepers". Huh? Was that supposed to make me feel better? Hasn't the cost of housekeeping always been part of the overall bill, and hasn't the decision to tip or not always been with the guest? This is simply an unfortunate new hidden charge to the room rate.
