Our room was absolutely beautiful overlooking the pool area. The staff and grounds are amazing. It is truly a breathtaking experience and a peaceful retreat steps from the souks and Koutoubia minaret. Cannot say enough about this hotel!

I booked this for my daughter. Thank you so much for making the room beautiful for her and setting up a cake and balloons for her 21st. I am very grateful and she loved every minute of her stay.

Beautiful hotel right in the old city, even with all the noise and people outside, within the hotel you cant hear any of it, very serene. Nice breakfast, though repetitive and quite limited in choice. Pool areas nice and clean. Lovely areas to sit around the hotel and pool table a nice calm activity to do after breakfast. Hotel has Riad vibes but with all the amenities of a hotel. Lovely spa, nice and relaxing, don't think they allow children access to the spa pool. Interestingly the only taxi driver that picked us up from the hotel was on our transfer back to the airport, so expect most pickups and drop offs about 100m away on the main road.

We had a great suite (room 22) in this ideally placed hotel. The staff were all friendly and courteous. We enjoyed beers in the Sky Bar. It’s a great place to stay.

Lovely hotel with real character, huge rooms, and a little quiet oasis even though right in the old town. Main square only 3 minute walk and central for most things. Lovely lounge/fire/pool table area facing the main pool to evening chill.

Loved my specious room (no special view from 103, just faced street). 1 BR Suite with living room & bedroom, 2 showers and toilet rooms. Breakfast and the one dinner I enjoyed poolside were wonderful. Enjoyed relaxing by both the rooftop pool and central courtyard pools. Only negative, the front reception tried to charge from me for a small water bottle i took from refrigerator. They said all drink in refrigerator are chargeable at my time of check out. However they placed a 1L water bottle by the tea kettle for me to use for free. When I checked in, neither the front desk, nor the bellman who helped me with luggage to the room explained the refrigerated waters were chargeable. After some arguing, they removed the 1 small water bottle charge from my final bill. I was disappointed they didn’t clearly explain this when I first arrived, and made a cheap small water bottle into an awkward incident at check out. This left a bitter taste on my overall great experience of 2 night stay.

This hotel is exceptional from the moment you enter. It is kept in immaculate condition, with well tended gardens in the riad and communal spaces very clean. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and the large beds very comfortable. The centrally located swimming pool is a feature of the hotel. There is also a roof-top swimming pool but we didn’t use this one as it was too hot and sunny. The hotel is well placed within the medina and walking distance to all the main attractions which is a bonus compared to staying further out the city where you would have to take taxi’s to reach the city centre. There is a good choice of food and drink at Breakfast ( additional cost) but worth it. The gym could benefit from more variety of equipment as it is located in a spacious basement spa area and there is ample space.

This was a fantastic hotel. The location was perfect for exploring Marrakech but once within its walls it was so peaceful and quiet it was hard to believe you were in a bustling city. Food was excellent and the Suite we stayed in was just stunning. When we return to Marrakech (which we will as we loved it), we will definitely stay here again

My family loved our stay here. A quiet oasis in the bustle of the Medina. The staff what makes this hotel. They were helpful, thoughtful and attentive. We made the most of the hotels facilities. The spa and 2 restaurants for dinner We would stay here again.
