Colorado National Monument is somwhere I can't recommend highly enough, but allow enough time for all the overlooks, it is larger than it looks. Wife and I return to the area every year because of the beautiful serene landscape but we stay at the Wine Country Inn because of the property itself. The hotel is very nice and it is a good value for the area.

Second time staying and it’s great. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, complimentary happy hour drink, hot tub and great breakfast. We stay here so we can have dinner at our favorite restaurant in Palisade, Pêche. It’s the perfect pair!
