Staff was great. Room was okay but they didn’t clean under the couch, in the cushions, the walls still had balloons from a previous guest and the staff forgot to put trash bins in the room.

Staff was nice and friendly. My room was clesn. The problem was noise. There was a large group near the entrance all night just playing music laughing having a party I guess. I got zero sleep. A few of them were still out there when I left a little before 4 am. The place was fine. Noise was terrible. I will never stay there again. The whole point of cong to nashville early and getting a hotel the night before a flight is to rest. Not be kept up all night with partying .

The staff were absolutely amazing and kind but the original room we were in wasn’t the best. The AC and TV weren’t working and the room constantly smelled like sewage. After we spoke about it to the staff, they switched us into a way better room.

The parking was very safe . The staff was very friendly and helpful . Didn't realize when i booked our stay that they didnt offer free breakfast or even have a coffeemaker and coffee in our room but at least there was a waffle house near there . You had to go everyday and do a towel exchange if you wanted clean towels and never did see a person to clean the room.

Everything was nice for a short 3 day stay! The walls were a little thin, but it was not too bad. It was a perfect little area that had everything one may need! I would highly recommend if you are just wanting to go out and see the city and just need a place to crash:)
