I was really amazed with the level of service I received every interaction with staff was just pure joy. Professionalism at highest level you don’t see anywhere in North America at any hilton I stayed before. Food was also amazing and the room was clean spotless and very comfortable. My wife made good use of the Spa, she went more than once. The massage was very relaxing and the courtesy Mango Sticky Rice desert was exceptional according to her. I found the staff of the Lobby Lounge (Talay & Ten) to be friendly, cheerful, and hard working. Visited the location daily to watch sports on big screen (World Cup), and chat. The second floor Sports Grill (the Governor) was outstanding as well. From the delicious food, to the friendly staff ( Ford, Nan, Fluke, and others), the Governor was a good place to pass the late evenings (open till 2:00 am).

The Hilton was a great place to stay for my April Break. Staff were always ready to jump in and help in any way. The pool was great, and I loved that it stayed open late so I could relax after a long day exploring the city. The breakfast buffet was great and I loved that they switched up things so not all things were the same.
