Convenient and accessible. Not having to leave airport property was great. Value for price, convenience, location was good. The beds were a little firmer than what I am accustomed to but my first capsule hotel experience was good. Just a side note it is shared shower and wash facilities.

A good place to stay overnight after a late arrival at Narita Airport. Friendly staff and clean amenities, with showers, toilets, lockers, PJs, slippers, and bath towels provided. It was a new experience sleeping in a capsule. I didn’t find it claustrophobic, but it might feel that way for some people.

Great accommodation for those passing through NRT

This is a super convenient capsule hotel you can stay in at Narita Airport and it’s perfect if you have an early morning flight the next day. It’s about as nice as it gets for a capsule hotel and I’d highly recommend for those passing through via Narita Airport.

It is a convenient place to rest while at Narita Airport. Easily accessible even from the other terminals - just walk or take the transfer bus. It is a capsule hotel so don't expect too much privacy. One thing in the capsule I think needs to have some charging outlets.

Very clean. Locker area can be a little cramped when busy. Showers and toilets clean. Pod was clean, but it got quite warm inside. No airflow inside pod. Only a standard plug. Cool experience.
