"The rooms were tiny. No full ironing board, the small refrigerator door would not close, had to lift up to close, cabinets microwave and refrigerator were in, were hard to open and close. We had to go thru an extra dpor to get to our room.Doors very heavy to pull open. Most irritating was the air conditioning was very loud, so we had to turn tv up louder, not good for an already small room. But customer service was good, let luggage stay in holding area no charge."

"Alarm in middle of night was scary could not understand what person was telling us over and over 3 alarms"

"I loved the security always present and required you to show key cards to navigate through the hotel. There are tons of food options right outside your door and you are a block away from time square, subway etc."
