The room was super clean and the decor was amazing. Everything was super comfortable, too. I must specially mention that Travis and Madisyn at the front desk went above and beyond on providing the best customer service! Also Reggie in maintenance was so much fun, quick to solve our issue (which was minor), and the nicest guy. Lastly, the housekeepers were also extremely nice and personable. We will come back just for the customer service alone. Thank you all!

Concierge was very helpful in combining reservations and ensuring we were able to stay in 1 room the whole time, during a busy tournament at the convention center.
