The location of this hotel is amazing if you’re planning to do some furniture shopping. It’s super convenient where you don’t even need to go outdoors as it is connected to the hotel. However, we complained about our room being too hot multiple times during our 2 day stay. They sent maintenance but nothing changed, when we complained again they told us they turned off the a/c of all room… and ended up bringing us a FAN. Ive never stayed at a 4/5 star hotel with this issue nor have been offered a fan… I was lost for words.
