We had a wonderful stay for several nights without any issues whatsoever. The hotel is in a prime location within walking distance to hundreds of shops and restaurants, and nearly all the main attractions in Porto, including the Douro and cathedral. It’s also right next to the metro and São Bento station. All of the staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodative. Breakfast was fantastic- so many options and wonderful pastries. The room itself was just fine and the view from the balcony was gorgeous, but we came to see the city and not just sit in our room. Additionally, we had a rental car for the first day and there is a parking garage just 10 seconds around the corner. We would definitely come back!

Fantastic little hotel in the heart of Porto. Beautiful historic building! Lots of stairs despite a little elevator servicing some of the rooms - be aware if you depend on an elevator. Very walkable and convenient location, however, 3min away from the train station. The only possible downside is the rooms arent soundproof so if you are looking for a serene and quite room, this might not be it.

Casa dos Loios is delightful. The location is right in the heart of things, easy to find your way around. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with a lovely outside sitting area on which to eat. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, with good restaurant recommendations and help interpreting train schedules and directions. Would definitely stay here again should we be so lucky to visit Porto a second time!

We enjoyed our stay in Porto and especially our hotel experience. The room was a little larger than a common European room. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed. One of the best advantages was the location. While it's on a fairly touristy street, the street is closed to traffic and was a great thoroughfare to wander. Breakfast was good and so convenient. I would recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Porto.

We totally enjoyed our one night stay at your very unique hotel!! We were welcomed by Paula and Gabby!! Very helpful and Paula showed us the map with highlights marked for us. Gabby showed us around the premises and took our luggage to our room very fast!! Thank you girls. Also our hotel was a perfect location across the street from the train station we arrived. This hotel is super nice! The decoration is so cute. We stayed only for one night but everything was so perfect! The room was spotless, the breakfast was delicious with lots of variety, the staff was friendly, and the location is very convenient. We loved our stay.
